Raised in an entrepreneurial household, Sierra learned the value of hard work early on while working for her family’s commercial door and hardware business. From her teenage years forward, she was known for juggling multiple jobs at once, developing the strong work ethic, grit, and hands-on mindset that still define her leadership style today.
Sierra holds a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism and Communication from Kent State University and brings 15+ years of experience across digital marketing, branding, business strategy, and project management. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with business leaders, marketing teams, and developers to help businesses solve problems, improve processes, and build momentum.
Known internally as “The Riveter,” Sierra leads by example and isn’t afraid to roll up her sleeves, dig into the details, learn something new, and push our team forward. She embodies a "We can do it!" attitude, believes in doing things the right way, finding practical solutions, and helping turn ambitious ideas into action.
Outside of work, Sierra enjoys a long list of hobbies and creative outlets. During warmer-weather months, she can usually be found outdoors detailing vehicles, enjoying "therapeutic" yardwork, hiking, riding motorcycles, or spending time with her fiancé Tom and their two fur-children, Tinny and Bear. In the winter, she enjoys crafting, hand lettering, pinning recipes, experimenting with nail art and house project ideas, and occasionally bringing those inspirations to life. A self-proclaimed foodie, Sierra loves cooking with Tom and friends, enjoying a good bottle of wine, or creating her latest cocktail recipe. She’s also admittedly obsessed with vintage cars and motorcycles, owls, feathers, frogs and toads, and sharing stories about encounters with her nature friends, along with memories from her travels to Belize.
