The primary goal of EDG’s custom website design was to clearly communicate the firm’s identity and range of its services to its core audiences. We achieved this by incorporating their bold new logo and refreshed branding, modernizing design elements, and improving site navigation to make their multidisciplinary expertise easy to explore. Our redesign tackled EDG’s broad service portfolio by restructuring the navigation and streamlining the content hierarchy, making their various offerings, from stormwater engineering to right-of-way acquisition, much more digestible for diverse user personas (e.g., project managers, planners, HR directors). We performed a detailed content audit and removed outdated pages, tightening messaging across all sections. The result is an intuitive site structure that allows visitors to easily locate key service details without unnecessary complexity.
To elevate EDG’s employer brand and support recruitment efforts, we built a dynamic “Meet the Team” section featuring a filterable team page that allows users to sort team members by service line. This interactive directory presents 100+ team members in a clean grid layout, with role‑specific bios and contact options.
Prospective candidates, clients, and partners can now explore EDG’s professionals by expertise and discipline. Showcasing the firm’s collaborative culture, multidisciplinary capabilities, and organizational depth positions EDG as a destination employer — making its talent visible, approachable, and clearly connected to core services.
