Euro USA is a trusted name in the food importing industry, but their previous website didn’t tell the full story. They reached out to Evolve asking not only for a new website, but an entirely new identity. The dark gold of their original logo was replaced with a bold and engaging red gradient, a nod to their wide range of offerings, from high end meat and seafood all the way to wine. Their previously whimsical typography became a sophisticated and elegant serif typeface. Now that Euro USA had a brand new logo with a bold and dynamic icon, it was time to design a website to match.
The focus of their new website was placed on showcasing the product catalog and elevating their image to match the high-end products they offer. This is accomplished through use of new food photography, including upscale images that set the tone for a refreshed look and feel: inviting and appetizing. On the homepage, a rotating gallery of products allows Euro USA to promote their vendors’ latest and greatest seasonal inventory, appealing to vendors and customers alike. One of the largest challenges and accomplishments with the new site is the organization of thousands of products. A dynamic navigation menu, detailed breadcrumb links and grids of food photography help users find exactly what they’re looking for.
