Pilot Plastics was already a well-established leader in the injection molding industry when they came to Evolve looking for a new identity and website. We began with a logo redesign, working closely with their team to set Pilot Plastics apart in their industry. The new logo is bright, clean, and sharp, reflecting the ideas and craftsmanship coming out of the factory. Slight angles on the bottom of the P and T showcase the precision in their work and guide viewers to the second word in the logo. A punchy icon is paired with a bold typeface, showing approachability and authority in the plastics industry. We then ran with the new logo, creating a brand guide, business cards and identity suite.
In addition, Evolve led a full photo and video shoot at the Pilot Plastics facility, capturing their clean and massive facility, along with a slew of happy employees. The crisp wide-angle photography did an excellent job of setting the tone for their new branding. Armed with fresh branding and new assets, we approached the website redesign. A custom video montage leads visitors into the homepage, providing them with a glimpse into Pilot Plastic’s full operation. As one of the first extensions of their new branding, the website uses a blend of blue, orange, and white to create a fresh and welcoming feel, standing out from the competition.
