Kaitlyn has been a great addition to our team and truly represents what it means to evolve.
Kaitlyn Shoemaker Promoted to Digital Marketing Coordinator
Kaitlyn started with Evolve in May of 2022 as a Digital Marketing Intern while she finished her last two semesters at the University of Akron. She’s always loved digital marketing, research, and social media, so she worked hard to achieve a degree in Marketing Management and a certification in Professional Social Media. Throughout her college journey, she completed three internships in sports marketing, social media marketing, and digital marketing. These experiences helped her grow, taught her valuable skills, and prepared her for a full-time position.
Upon her graduation in December of 2022, she joined the Evolve team as a Digital Marketing Coordinator.
From day one, Kaitlyn was ready to use her experiences and knowledge to jump in, lend a helping hand where needed, and start learning everything she could.
As our Digital Marketing Intern, Kaitlyn earned her nickname, “The Investigator” by spending a great amount of time researching and taking notes on the latest marketing trends, news, strategies, tactics, as well as the various marketing platforms our team uses.
From the start, she was not afraid to jump in and work on tasks in all the digital marketing areas with our team. Her willingness to ask questions, assist the team, and learn has been a contributing factor in her promotion and her personal growth as a marketing professional. Our team is very proud of Kaitlyn’s hard work and eager to see all she will achieve in her new role as Digital Marketing Coordinator.
