2020: Evolving During a Pandemic

It’s safe to say this year has been a whirlwind for most of us, and that’s truer than ever for our Evolve team. 2020 marked our 11th year of business and we started it off energized and excited for our plans and goals in the months ahead. Just as we were hitting our stride – diving into projects and preparing to roll out our own Evolve rebrand – COVID-19 decided it had other plans. 
 
Like everyone else, we had to adjust quickly. We’ve been working from home since mid-March and plan to do so for the foreseeable future. We’ve had to pivot, adapt, lean on each other, and learn how to get comfortable with the uncomfortable at times, all while ensuring we never missed a beat with our client partners, still delivering the top-notch work they expect from Evolve. Needless to say, our own rebrand took a backseat as we put our time and energy into helping each other and our clients through this unprecedented time.
 
Now, more than mid-way through the year, we’re pretty proud of how much we’ve learned and grown. We’re grateful for our incredible clients who have kept us very busy this year. All of this momentum has us energized again and ready to revisit our updated branding and clear vision for continued strategic growth in our future. Evolve won’t be stepping out of its realm of expertise, but rather rebranding to embody a natural evolution our business has experienced in recent years.
 
We’re incredibly excited about the changes to come and can’t wait to share them with you this fall. Until then, hang in there as we all navigate this new normal and continue to evolve, together.
