We’ve announced a leadership transition that formalizes our operational leadership structure and supports Evolve’s next phase of growth.
After more than seven years with the company and three years serving as Vice President of Operations, Sierra Guterba has been named President of Evolve Marketing. Founder Todd Bertsch will continue in his role as Owner.
The transition reflects a leadership structure that has developed naturally over the past several years as Guterba assumed increasing responsibility for leading agency operations, shaping client strategy, supporting team development, and guiding the company’s operational and financial planning.
“As Evolve has continued to grow and adapt, Sierra has become an invaluable partner in leading the business,” said Todd Bertsch, Owner of Evolve Marketing. “She has earned an enormous amount of trust through her leadership, operational insight, and commitment to both our team and clients. This transition reflects the level she has already been operating at for quite some time.”
Over the past several years, Bertsch has also been expanding a separate business venture, creating an intentional opportunity for Evolve’s day-to-day leadership structure to continue shifting alongside the agency’s future goals and operational needs.

Bertsch will remain actively involved as Owner, continuing to provide strategic direction, financial stewardship, and advisory guidance.
This leadership structure update is intended to provide greater clarity, both internally and externally, while positioning Evolve for our next phase of growth, adaptability, and meaningful client partnerships.
