Mark C. Perna is an international expert on the millennial and Z generations, as well as the CEO of TFS®. Mark has devoted his career to empowering educators and employers to tap into the extraordinary potential of today’s young people, both in the classroom and on the job.
Mark C. Perna is a dynamic, larger-than-life industry figure, and we set out to reflect that in the redesign of his website. By featuring large-scale, engaging photography, a bold color palette, and the use of catchy headlines to pull the reader in, we curated the story of Mark C. Perna and all of his many offerings.
The main goal of this website is to encourage users to engage with content, which could mean several things: downloading discussion guides, subscribing to Mark’s newsletter, visiting and following his social media accounts, watching videos, or returning to the website frequently for fresh content from the blog and press sections. We accomplished this goal by building a site out of blocks of content that allow us to position certain elements exactly where we want them on the page for optimal engagement.
Secondary goals of the website include booking Mark for speaking engagements or purchasing a copy of his book. We drive people to take these actions through a “sticky” bar at the bottom of all pages, along with strategically placed links and buttons that accompany the appropriate content for someone interested in taking either action. The result is a bold, dynamic site that draws the user in through strong visuals but keeps them engaged with a diverse mix of tailored content.
